Roanoke Chowan Community College has partnered with Hertford County JobLink Career Center to provide opportunities for qualified adult students to enroll in many different courses. With funding from JobsNow, these courses are combined with our on campus Human Resources Development (HRD) and Career Readiness Certificate (CRC) programs to provide complete advising, training and job readiness to help you qualify for jobs that are currently available or will be available in the future.
